Karate instructor accused of sexually assaulting young student

NASHUA, N.H. — A karate instructor in Nashua, N.H. is accused of sexually assaulting a female student, according to police.

Daniel Rogers, 31, was arrested and accused of biting a young girl on the neck and touching her "for the purpose of sexual gratification."

Police say the martial arts academy cooperated with the investigation by detectives. After obtaining a warrant, investigators charged Rogers with a felony for engaging in sexual contact with a person under 13-years-old.

Rogers was released on $50,000 bail.
