Judge denies 2 motions to use Dookhan as reason for release

BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) – A Superior Court judge in Suffolk County has denied motions by two convicted drug dealers to use Annie Dookhan's case as a reason to get out of jail.
Dookhan is the former state chemist who is accused of falsifying tests on drugs in pending cases.
Two suspects argued they should be released while Dookhan's case is prosecuted, but the judge said their attorneys failed to make a case that Dookhan's charges change the fact the two men had admitted to dealing drugs.
