BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Family members of the Boston Marathon bombing victims joined state officials on Boylston Street Tuesday morning for a wreath laying ceremony.
Wreaths were placed outside Forum Restaurant and Marathon Sports, the sites of the bombings that killed three and injured hundreds more.
Among those in attendance were the siblings and parents of Martin Richard, the youngest victim of the Boston Marathon bombings, as well as family members of Krystle Campbell and Lingzi Lu.
The emotional ceremony was held prior to a tribute at the Hynes Convention Center. Survivors were expected to speak at the event, along with Vice President Joe Biden and Gov. Deval Patrick.
