IMAGES: Johnny Depp on set of 'Black Mass' as 'Whitey' Bulger

BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- It's been a busy week on the set of the film 'Black Mass' as the production shot scenes in South Boston.

A FOX 25 viewer sent in new photos of Johnny Depp dressed as convicted mob boss James "Whitey" Bulger.

According to the schedule for the film, crews were shooting scenes primarily at John Connolly's house and apartment for the past two days.

Julianne Nicholson, the Medford-bred actress who is portraying Marianne Connolly, wife of corrupt former FBI agent John Connolly was on set Thursday, the Boston Globe reports.

'Black Mass' is slated to open in 2015.
