ANDOVER, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Investigators in Andover are looking into a so-called "hit list" reportedly created by a middle school student.
Superintendent Marinel McGrath notified parents of the incident via e-mail this week.
McGrath says a West Middle School student had a "hit list" containing the names of "certain other students," reports the Andover Patch.
McGrath did not comment on what disciplinary action the student is facing, citing privacy laws. However, she does say the school system takes steps to ensure the safety of its students and that includes contacting Andover Police to assist in any investigation.
