High school senior among injured at marathon

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (AP) - A high school senior from a private day school in Cambridge is among those injured in the Boston Marathon bombings and is still hospitalized.

Buckingham Browne & Nichols School says on Wednesday that Gillian Reny is receiving "excellent care at the hospital."

It did not release further information about her condition or where she was being treated.

The head of school, Rebecca Upham, said in a statement that the school community "has rallied together in love and concern for Gillian."

She calls Gillian a terrific young woman and says the school is united in having positive thoughts about her recovery.
