HATFIELD, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- State Police seized more than 1,250 individual bags of heroin during a traffic stop in western Massachusetts Friday.

Investigators say a car was stopped in Hatfield after a state trooper saw the car pass him on Route 91 in Northampton. The trooper reportedly observed the car making several violations.

Four people from New Jersey and Vermont were arrested during the stop. A photo of the narcotics tweeted by Mass. State Police shows the bags were labeled "Obamacare" in red lettering.

Tyler Robenstein, 23, and Ashley Beaulieu, 21, both of Colchester, Vt., as well as Marquese Jones, 22, and Sherod Green, 21, both of Newark, NJ, are charged with trafficking in heroin, conspiracy to violate the drug laws and possession to distribute a class A substance.

Robenstein is also charged with speeding, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to change lanes for an emergency vehicle.

All four suspects were expected to be arraigned Friday.
