NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Aaron Hernandez's cousin has been arrested after reportedly refusing to testify before a grand jury.

The Hartford Courant reports 37-year-old Tanya Cummings-Singleton was deemed in contempt of the grand jury and has been in custody at a Mass. correctional facility since Aug. 1.

Investigators allege the 37-year-old bought a bus ticket for alleged Hernandez associate Ernest Wallace to travel to Florida after Odin Lloyd was found dead near a North Attleborough industrial park in June. Wallace turned himself in to officials in Miramar, Fla. after police sought him as an accessory after the fact to murder in Lloyd's death.

Cummings-Singleton was subpoenaed to appear before a grand jury in Fall River investigating Hernandez's alleged role in the 27-year-old Boston man's murder. Hernandez has been charged with first degree murder and weapons charges in Lloyd's death.
