ROCKLAND, Mass. — One person has been taken to the hospital after a deer crashed through the windshield of her car.
The crash happened Tuesday evening on VFW Drive.
Rockland police tweeted a picture of the deer inside the car that may be considered graphic. It is included at the bottom of this article.
One woman told FOX25 the deer hit her car first, then went through the windshield of another car.
Police have not released the extent of the driver’s injuries, but they are not believed to be serious.
According to the Rockland Fire Department, the deer did not survive.
