WORCESTER, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A Grand Jury indicted three people Friday for allegedly misleading police in the Jeremiah Oliver investigation.
FOX 25 has exclusive video of the suspects Cailey Thibault, Ashley Cormier and Christian Sierra. Thibault is facing two counts of witness intimidation and one count of perjury. Cormier and Sierra face one count of witness intimidation and perjury.
All three have pleaded not guilty previously in court.
Jeremiah Oliver was reported missing in December. His remains were found in April by the side of Interstate 190 in Sterling.
The case led to an outside review of the Department of Children and Families and changes at the Child Welfare Agency.
