Funeral for fallen Massachusetts State Police trooper being held

NATICK, Mass. — A fallen Massachusetts State Police trooper will be laid to rest Monday.

Dozens of state troopers marched through the streets of Natick Sunday to honor Trooper Matt Daigle at his wake.
The 31-year-old died last week from a medical emergency while exercising.

Daigle was an Air Force veteran and has been with the Massachusetts State Police since 2012.

His funeral will be held at St. Patrick’s Church in Natick.
