Franklin man charged with trying to knock down building with excavator

FRANKLIN, NH — A Franklin man was arrested Monday after police say he tried to knock down a building with an excavator.

Officers arrived at the scene on Tannery Street just after 3:45 p.m. and say they found a building heavily damaged.

After an investigation, 28-year-old Jordon Ingram was arrested and charged with felony reckless conduct and felony criminal mischief.

Police have not said why Ingram was allegedly trying to demolish the building.
