Four-alarm fire breaks out at apt. building in Southbridge

Firefighters worked to contain a blaze at an apartment building Southbridge Thursday morning.

The fire broke out at about 7 a.m. at the triple-decker building at 103 Charlton Street and quickly went to four alarms.

Crews were able to control the fire in about 45 minutes.

The cause of the fire was not immediately known. It was also not known if anyone was injured.
