NANTUCKET, Mass. — The Coast Guard is searching for two missing fishermen after the boat they were on sank 10 miles of Nantucket.
Units were launched after an EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon) alert was received. CG helo arrived on scene and found a debris field. Search is underway with other units enroute.

The 69-foot fishing vessel named "Misty Blue", out of New Bedford, launched an Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon (EPIRB) alert which was received the the USCG around 6 p.m.

A good Samaritan vessel that had been in the area responded and picked up the two people.

There are currently two other passengers unaccounted for.
The crew that aided the two fishermen reported to the Coast Guard they came across some debris in the water, including a life boat and other debris.
