FRAMINGHAM, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A grand jury indicted a Framingham fire inspector Monday for accepting a corrupt gift, falsifying an official report and obstruction.
In January, the Middlesex District Attorney's office alleges that Todd Young, 42, went to a business at 406 Union St. called Chi Gong TuiNa Body Work and demanded free services, and in exchange, Young said that he would not issue fire code violations.
The DA's office did not specify what type of services Young requested. When police confronted him, he created two allegedly false inspection reports of the business.
Young will be arraigned Thursday in Woburn at Middlesex Superior Court.
