Fenway Park ranked fourth best baseball park by travel site

BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) – Fenway Park, the home of the Boston Red Sox, was named the fourth best baseball park in the entire United States by a top travel site.

According to TripAdvisor, PNC Park in Pittsburg, Penn. is the top ball park, followed by AT&T Park in San Francisco, Calif. , and Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore, Md. rounded out the top three.

Fenway Park, built in 1912, is America's oldest baseball park and is known for the Green Monster, and of course, its fans.

Other ballparks that ranked in the top 10 include Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, and Wrigley Field in Chicago.

On Opening Day, the Boston Red Sox will take on the New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium at 1:05 p.m. The Red Sox home opener will take place April 8 against the Baltimore Orioles.

TripAdvisor used its own popularity index to rank America's top ball parks.
