Female pedestrian, 66, killed in Fairhaven car crash

FAIRHAVEN (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – A 66-year-old Freetown woman was fatally struck by a car on Adams Street in Fairhaven on Saturday.

Police received several emergency calls around 5:32 p.m. regarding a car crash involving a pedestrian that occurred in front of 135 Adams Street.

Crews and bystanders provided medical care to Susan Mull, the victim; however, she was later declared dead at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford.

No charges have been filed, but the incident is under investigation.
