(MyFoxBoston.com) – The family of the 15-year old Lowell boy who drowned at his high school pool is demanding answers.

According to The Boston Globe, Daniel Svay's family wants to know who was supervising the swimming area at the Greater Lowell Technical High School when Daniel drowned.

The Middlesex district attorney's office has ruled it was an accident, but officials are still investigating and would not elaborate on any of the details including what adults, if any, were supervising the pool when Daniel died. An autopsy is still pending.

School officials said the pool is closed for the rest of the year.

The family told the paper they just want some closure.
