FALMOUTH, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – An East Falmouth man is facing bestiality and assault charges.
According to the Cape Cod Times, 24-year-old Justin Mustafa allegedly abused a woman between June 28 and July 4, forced her to perform a sex act on a dog, whipped her with a belt and repeatedly injected her with heroin. The incidents were allegedly triggered by Mustafa's belief that the woman had been unfaithful to him while he was in prison.
Mustafa is being held without bail at the county correctional facility after pleading not guilty Monday in Falmouth District Court to charges of assault and battery, assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, bestiality, intimidating a witness, five counts of assault and battery with a hypodermic needle and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $250.
The newspaper reports that a hearing is scheduled for July 15 in Falmouth District Court to determine whether Mustafa is a danger to the community and should therefore remain in custody.
