Fall River man charged after allegedly robbing bank

FALL RIVER (MyFoxBoston.com)— A Fall River man was arrested Friday morning after he allegedly robbed a bank in late May.

Aaron Richard, 30, reportedly approached the bank teller at Bank Five in Fall River, demanded money, and fled the scene with an undetermined amount of cash, police reported. He was arrested at his home Friday after detectives received information regarding his location.

Richard was charged on four counts, including unarmed robbery. He also had four previous warrants pending against him, two from 2011 charging him with receiving a stolen motor vehicle and resisting arrest. His arraignment date has not been set yet.
