BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com/AP) -- Ethiopia's Lelisa Desisa took top honors on the men's side at the Boston Marathon Monday.
Desisa battled against Ethiopian Gebregziabher Gebremariam and Kenyan Micah Kogo right up to the finish to claim the victory. He finished the marathon with a time of 2 hours, 10 minutes, 23 seconds.
Monday's race was the 23-year-old's second race at the 26.2-mile distance.
American Jason Hartmann finished fourth for the second straight year.
