Elderly woman accidentally drives her car onto other vehicle

MIDDLETON, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- An elderly woman accidentally drove her car onto another vehicle in a grocery store parking lot in Middleton Saturday.

Firefighters responded to the Market Basket on North Main Street just before 4 p.m. for the report of one car on top of another car. Officials say it appears that an elderly woman went to step on the brake in her car, but stepped on the gas instead. She ended up driving right on top of another car.

Luckily, no one was inside the bottom car and no injuries were reported.

A tow truck was called to the scene to lift the woman's car off the other vehicle.
