Drug lab scandal: Rogue chemist pleads the Fifth

(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - The so-called rogue chemist at the center of the Jamaica Plain drug lab fiasco was back in court Wednesday, but not for her own trial. She was a witness in another man's, but she pleaded the 5th.

It's the latest case of a defendant trying to get their case tossed out. The man once spent 15 years in prison for killing a 12-year-old girl and then had his conviction overturned by a judge.
