Drivers arrested for allegedly driving between 102 and 118 mph


NEW HAMPSHIRE ( – On Memorial Day, New Hampshire State Police troopers arrested three people allegedly traveling between 102 and 118 mph, as well as an individual for driving under the influence, authorities said.

Jessica Parra, 26, of Somerville, Mass. was arrested for reckless driving at about 7:30 a.m. after she was clocked by aircraft traveling at 102 mph while weaving in and out of traffic on Interstate 93 in Bow. Parra will be arraigned on July 8.

Randy Sivigny, 35, of Portsmouth, N.H. and Elizabeth Pelletier, 17, of Wilton, Conn. were arrested for reckless driving at about 8:30 a.m. after an aircraft clocked them traveling at 118 mph, one behind the other, on Interstate 93 in Bow. Sivigny and Pelletier will also be arraigned July 8.

Larry Thompson, 43, of Eden Mills, Vt. was arrested on several charges, including driving under the influence, disobeying an officer, and driving after suspension. Thompson was stopped at about 6:30 p.m. on Interstate 89 in New London after a short pursuit. He will be arraigned on June 11.
