MELROSE, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Police in Melrose say they responded to Briggs Streets for a disturbance involving approximately 50 to 60 teenagers and parents last month.
Police said the disturbance occurred at 27 Briggs St. and was broken up by 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 14. Those involved were released to the custody of their parents.
Patrick Wood, 18, of Melrose, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
Police would not say whether or not alcohol was involved.
FOX 25 had also heard reports the incident may have occurred on a so-called Senior Skip Day, but police would not confirm.
