• Dozens of residents displaced following Boston fire


    BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A fire broke out in a large apartment complex on Peterborough Street in Boston Monday evening.

    Crews were called to the 30-unit building at 25 Peterborough Street at about 5:30 p.m. The fire quickly spread to two alarms.

    According to the Boston Fire Department Twitter account, the fire started on the third floor of the building and extended to the fourth and fifth floors.

    Fire crews had the fire knocked down just before 6:30 p.m.

    Fire officials say at least 30 to 40 people had been displaced.
