BOSTON — Patriots cornerback Devin McCourty may be leading the team's defense this fall, but he did a little extra work this offseason for the Boston Police.
The Boston Police Department's Twitter account posted pictures on Sunday of McCourty taking part in a ride-along with Boston Police Officer Jorge Dias over the weekend.
@Patriots Devin McCourty went on a ride-a-long with #BPD Officer Jorge Dias over the weekend to better understand and appreciate just how hard the men and women of #BPD work to keep our city safe and, as you can see by the photos, the results were nothing but positive!!! pic.twitter.com/Ow7iy1yTZ2

With all of the pictures taken and McCourty's new uniform, it looks like he's taking the "No Days Off" motto to heart.
