Democrats press Gomez on client list

BOSTON (AP) - The head of the Massachusetts Democratic Party is faulting Republican U.S. Senate hopeful Gabriel Gomez for what he says is an incomplete Senate financial disclosure form.

John Walsh said Wednesday that Gomez didn't list the names of companies he provided services to while he worked for a private equity firm, Advent International. Walsh said it's time for Gomez "to finally come clean" with the people of Massachusetts by disclosing his clients' names.

The disclosure form requires a candidate to list "clients and customers of any corporation" the candidate directly provided services to that generated a fee of more than $5,000.

Gomez officials said that during the time period covered by the disclosure form, Gomez didn't directly provide services to the portfolio companies of Advent International.
