LANCASTER (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – There are delays on Route 2 east near Exit 34 in Lancaster.
Officials say a dump truck went off the road and into the pillars on the Route 70 overpass Tuesday morning.
State police say the two-vehicle crash involving the dump truck and a passenger vehicle happened at about 5:45 a.m. The two people in the dump truck were hurt, one seriously. They had to be extricated from the truck, according to state police.
The highway was temporarily closed, but has since reopened.
