CHELSEA, Mass. — A deceased body was found by police today floating on the Chelsea River.
A tugboat passing by the Chelsea Creek near Marginal Street reported a floating body to police.

Massachusetts State Police recovered the body and took it to their marine unit where the medical examiner would examine the remains.
The victim has not yet been identified nor has the cause of death been revealed as of Sunday night.
