CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com/AP) -- Hasty Pudding Theatricals has named Dame Helen Mirren the recipient of their 2014 Woman of the Year Award.
The organization at Harvard University announced the Academy Award-winning actress won their annual award Friday.
"The Pudding is proud to honor a talented and renowned actress whose performances have garnered international critical acclaim," read a statement from the group.
Past winners of the award include Elizabeth Taylor, Julia Roberts, and Meryl Streep.
The annual Woman of the Year festivities are scheduled to begin with a parade through the streets of Cambridge at 2:45 p.m. on Jan. 30. Mirren will be given her Pudding Pot award at Farkas Hall in Harvard Square later that afternoon.
This year's Man of the Year Award winner will be announced at a later date.
Hasty Pudding Theatricals is the nation's oldest undergraduate drama troupe. The awards are presented annually to performers who have made a lasting and impressive contribution to entertainment.
