Roxbury bank robbery

Boston police are asking for the public's help in tracking down a man accused of robbing the Sovereign Bank on Washington Street in Roxbury.

Investigators say the man entered the bank just after 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 28 and approached a teller. He demanded money from the teller before fleeing on foot.

The suspect is described as a black man who is about 5'7', in his 40s, with a thin build. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a multi-colored baseball hat, sunglasses, a plaid shirt, gray pants, and sneakers.

Framingham assault
Aug. 16, 2013

Police are looking to arrest a man named Stefan Jones on a warrant for armed home invasion with a firearm out of Framingham. Investigators allege Jones shot a man twice on Aug. 16, including once in the chest. The weapon reportedly used in the shooting is a black gun with a long barrel that possibly had a silencer attached to it. Jones is believed to have sustained stab wounds to the left side of his neck in the attack. He should be considered armed and dangerous. Jones might be staying in Worcester.

Abington liquor store theft

Police are looking to identify a woman who entered Rosie's Liquors in Abington and put a bottle of liquor in her purse before fleeing the store in a maroon Chevy Lumina with a dent on the hood.
