An Arlington husband and wife are facing dozens of charges in connection with an underage drinking party police say they threw.
Anne LaCourt, 54, and Mark Burstein, 58, were arraigned this week on 33 charges of providing alcohol to minors.
Police said they saw young people who appeared to be drunk leaving the couple's home after a party in October. When officers went to the home they said they saw it was full of teenagers who were drinking from plastic cups and beer cans.
Police said both LaCourt and Burstein were in the home while the party was taking place. Investigators also said it did not appear any of the teens had brought the alcohol to the party.
The couple will appear in court again on Jan. 30.
