PLAISTOW, N.H. (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) — A fugitive couple arrested at a Florida theme park have returned to New Hampshire to face charges in the beating and burning of the woman's 3-year-old son.
FOX 25 was there Saturday night as 23-year-old Jessica Linscott and her boyfriend, 27-year-old Roland Dow, returned to Logan International Airport. The couple returned to New England on separate flights.
The Plaistow couple remains at the Rockingham County jail. The pair waived extradition on Friday, two days after they were arrested by federal marshals at Universal Studios in Orlando following two weeks on the run.
Dow is charged with first- and second-degree assault. He and Linscott face multiple charges of child endangerment for failing to protect and get medical attention for 3-year-old James, who remains hospitalized at Children's Hospital at Dartmouth in Lebanon, N.H.
Rockingham County District Attorney Jim Reams said the couple will be arraigned Monday in Plaistow District Court.
