From FOX 25 meteorologist Sarah Wroblewski
Boston picked up 0.2" of snow Saturday bringing our season total up to 7.7" of snow. That is 0.1" less than we had LAST year at this time and 13.5" below normal. However, there are other places in Mass. that are near or even above average for snow totals. Worcester has seen 32" already this year, which puts them just above their normal 31.5" so far.
No snow is in the forecast on Saturday night as high pressure builds in leading to mostly clear conditions. With little cloud cover, temperatures will fall back into the single digits to teens along the coast. However, as winds continue to be active from the northwest, wind chill values will likely be below zero once again.
After a cold start, bright sunshine on Sunday will help boost temps into the mid to upper 20s. High pressure will allow for winds to ease somewhat, but a few gusts may still be possible in the afternoon. So despite wall to wall sunshine, it will still feel like the teens, but probably nicer than what we've experienced over the past few days. Enjoy!
