From Fox 25 chief meteorologist Kevin Lemanowicz:
A cold Saturday morning will become a sunny, milder day. You may still feel the chill though with gusty winds blowing, especially Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Martha's Vineyard. There, gusts to 50 mph our possible. A wind advisory is in place.
The mild air gets pushed out Sunday night. You may have nice weather for tailgating at Gillette, but by the end of the game, temperatures will be tumbling.
Once the cold ball gets rolling, it won't stop much of the week. Low temperatures next week will be in the single numbers and teens. Highs will be in the 20s. There is the possibility of a storm at the end of next week that could introduce some warm air again, but that is far out and unclear.
Have a great weekend and GO PATS!
