Clark student robbed at gunpoint in Worcester

WORCESTER, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A Clark University student was robbed at gunpoint in Worcester Tuesday.

At about 1 a.m., a 20-year-old man was walking on Clifton Street toward Charlotte Street when he was robbed at gunpoint, officials say. He was approached by three men and one of them pushed the victim against a fence, held a gun to his head and searched his pockets. One suspect stole various items, including an iPhone and wallet. The three men then fled up Clifton Street.

The suspect with the gun was described as a black man who is approximately five feet, eight inches tall. He may be in his 20s and was wearing a black ski mask. The second suspect was described as a black man who is about six feet tall with braids in his hair. He was wearing dark colored clothing. There is no description of the third suspect.

No injuries were reported. Officers are reviewing video surveillance and the investigation remains ongoing.
