BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) – City Councilor Charles Yancey says he's officially joining the race to become Boston's next mayor.
Yancey announced his decision live Monday on the FOX 25 Morning News.
Yancey is a Roxbury native and has been on the City Council since 1983.
In November, he will run for both mayor and his current City Council seat.
