(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – He's battled the Big Dig, run for governor and is facing criminal charges linked to a bitter divorce battle. Now, Christy Mihos has a tell-all book.
In a statement to the Cape Cod Times, Mihos confirms the book will be released next week. It will focus on his attempts to uncover corruption at the Big Dig.
Mihos was a member of the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority and he battled state leaders, including governors Jane Swift and Mitt Romney for more oversight of the project.
The Big Dig was initially budgeted for $2 billion, but eventually cost over $15 billion.
Some people are questioning the timing. Mihos is currently facing assault charges against his wife in the midst of their bitter divorce.
