Charges will not be filed in fatal shooting of Stoughton teen

STOUGHTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) Investigators have ruled the fatal shooting of 17-year-old David Wade accidental.

On Friday, the Norfolk District Attorney's office announced that the pistol used in the shooting was lawfully possessed. They say criminal charges are not warranted.

The Stoughton teen was shot and killed on Sept. 29 in his home by his older brother.
