Charges dismissed for Church of End Times pastor

Several charges have been dismissed against the pastor of the nondenominational Church of the End Times.

According to the Worcester Telegram, Judge Vito. A. Virzi dismissed charges related to violating a restraining order, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace, against David H. Stanley.

The reported incident happened on Oct. 1. The Telegram reports that several police departments were called to remove Stanley's brother, Dennis, from a home he shared with his wife. Dennis Stanley and his wife have since filed for divorce.

Virzi also dismissed breaking and entering charges against Stanley, according to the Telegram.

He was also found not responsible for three unregistered motor vehicle charges and a charge of driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Witnesses told police Stanley was riding the motorcycle with a child without helmets at high speed.

Stanley still faces negligent operation and endangering a child charges.
