BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Commuters were told to expect traffic after a cement truck rolled over inside the Prudential Tunnel Friday.
Mass. State Police said the crash happened near exit 22 on the eastbound side of the Mass. Pike.
The exit remained closed Friday afternoon as crews worked to clean up cement and diesel fuel that began leaking from the truck. The right lane of the highway was also closed.
There was damage to the tunnel walls, however no injuries were reported. Mass. State Police tweeted a photo of the crash that showed a large hole in one of the tunnel walls. No structural concerns were found after an initial review of the site.
