Celtics player Terrence Williams arrested for alleged gun threats

(MyFoxBoston.com) – Boston Celtics guard Terrence Williams was arrested over the weekend in what is being called a domestic violence incident.

The Seattle Times reports the 25-year-old was exchanging custody of his son with the child's mother in downtown Kent when an argument broke out. Williams allegedly pulled out a gun, made some type of threats and then left the area.

Police said they later found Williams and took him into custody.

Williams is signed with the Celtics through next year, but his contract is not guaranteed.

The Celtics have not commented.

An investigation is ongoing.
