Carver man accused of break-in to be summonsed to court

CARVER, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A 44-year-old Carver man is being summonsed to court for breaking into a home on Wenham Road Tuesday morning, police said.

Officers responded to the area of 81 Wenham Road at about 9:30 a.m. after a neighbor called to report that a man was breaking into a nearby home.

Upon arrival, officers, as well as canine officers and the Massachusetts State Police Air Wing, searched the area, but did not locate a suspect.

However, a follow up investigation lead officers to the Carver resident. His identity will be released pending the arraignment in Wareham District Court.
