Car hits building in Dorchester after reports of shots fired

DORCHESTER, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A car hit a building on Saturday, and no injuries were reported.

At about 11:25 a.m., officers responded to the Blue Hill Avenue and Devlon Street area for reports of shots fired and found that a car hit a building at 411 Blue Hill Ave. No one was inside the building.

Witnesses told officers that they heard shots and then saw two men running. Police found the two men on Warren Street based on the witnesses' descriptions, but they were not able to tell police anything about the suspects or what happened.

Ballistic evidence was found outside of the car, but not inside, officials say. No arrests were made and the investigation remains ongoing.
