Cape Cod woman's fraud case in hands of jury

BARNSTABLE, Mass. ( – It's now up to a jury to decide the fate of a Cape Cod woman who allegedly stole money from her own charity for families going through a hard time.

The prosecution wrapped up its case against Gina Clark Tuesday, calling more than 40 witnesses since the trial began. The defense called none.
Clark's now-defunct charity Touched By Angels offered to help families during tragedies, covering funeral costs and other expenses. But prosecutors say she kept the money for herself.
FOX Undercover's investigative reporter Mike Beaudet has been covering this story from the beginning.
