Cape Cod man arrested for indecent assault and battery

CAPE COD (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A West Barnstable man was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14.

Scott Porter, 41, was arraigned Friday. He was released on $260 bail.

Authorities say the incident happened on Sept. 18, but did not provide any details.

Porter is the owner of Eclipse AAU Basketball/Scott PorterTraining. According to his website, he trains players to compete at every position at the collegiate level.

Porter is due back in court on Oct. 22.
