Cape Cod Auto owner faces heroin charges

WAREHAM, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – The owner of a Wareham auto business is facing drug charges.

Wareham police, executing a search warrant at Cape Cod Auto, said they found 10 grams of suspected heroin, digital scales, baking soda, and plastic baggies in the building's office.

Officials said the warrant was obtained as a result of an investigation into the sale of heroin at the business.

Christopher Dudley was charged with possession of a Class A substance with intent to distribute and violating drug laws 1,000 feet of a school/playground. He was scheduled to be arraigned Friday.
