Cambridge realtor hosts Christmas toy drive for children in Puerto Rico

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — A local business is making sure kids all around get a chance to celebrate Christmas, especially those who have lost nearly everything to a natural disaster.

"E-Place Real Estate" in Cambridge is hosting a toy drive for the children of Puerto Rico ahead of the holiday season.

Victor Divine says his wife's family is from the town of Cidra and that's where he'll be sending the donations he collects.

"I think there's a lot of great organizations that's helping to provide the basics food, clothing and all that, which is obviously more important than toys. But, that being said every kid wants a toy for Christmas," said Divine.

Tomorrow, Dec. 12th, is the last day to donate toys at E-Place. Organizers will also host a gift-wrapping party tomorrow night from 7 to 9 p.m.
