(MyFoxBoston.com) – A new alleged victim of John Burbine, the man accused of sexually assaulting 13 infants and children, has come forward.

The Middlesex District Attorney told FOX 25 the new victim decided to talk after seeing all the coverage of Burbine's case.

The indictment was handed down on Monday. The new charges include one count of indecent assault and battery on a person under 14 and one count of child rape.

The victim says the alleged assaults took place in Saugus between 1990 and 1994. The alleged abuse began when the victim was 5-years-old and continued until the victim was 9-years-old.

Burbine reportedly abused several children who were in the care of his wife at her illegally run Wakefield daycare. His youngest alleged victim was only eight-days-old.
